KUALA LUMPUR: Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) has emerged as Malaysia’s highest-ranked sovereign investor and placed 17th globally in the 2025 Governance, Sustainability, and Resilience (GSR) Scoreboard by US-based Global SWF.
The scoreboard evaluates over 200 state-owned investors worldwide on governance, sustainability, and institutional resilience. PNB received an 84 per cent overall score, including a perfect 10/10 for sustainability, citing its climate targets and ESG reporting.
