KUALA LUMPUR: Pos Malaysia Berhad (Pos Malaysia) reinforced its commitment to supporting a healthy lifestyle by becoming the Official Logistics Strategic Partner for the 2025 National Sports Day (HSN2025) on Oct 11.
Pos Malaysia chief executive officer Charles Brewer said that as part of its contribution, it will, among others, provide 15,000 pieces of running shirts for HSN participants in Ipoh (Perak) and Penang.
“Pos Malaysia is proud to support the organisation of this national-scale event, which can unite Malaysians from all walks of life. As the Official Logistics Strategic Partner of HSN2025, we are honoured to play a crucial role in supporting the movement of all logistics goods for Perak and Penang.
“This includes the distribution of running shirts, retail activities, branding collaboration activations with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, as well as participation in the official flag-off of the running event,” he said in a statement today.
He added that the HSN serves as a vital platform in building a healthier, more united and spirited community, in line with Pos Malaysia’s focus on community building and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Themed ‘Malaysia Active’, HSN2025 is targeting the involvement of over 5.2 million Malaysians through various sports and recreational programmes that will be held over three days from Oct 10.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is slated to officiate the national-level launch at the Sultan Azlan Shah Roundabout in Ipoh. – Bernama
