KUCHING: Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg has safely completed his umrah pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
According to Darul Hana Quran Development Centre – Sarawak Islamic Council (DHQc-MIS) Control and Communication Lajnah’s Manager, Wan Muhammad Mujahid Wan Alwi, the Premier undertook the pilgrimage with local agency, AZ Safir Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
“Alhamdulillah, the Sarawak Premier has completed his umrah pilgrimage with AZ Safir Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. Thank you to all Sarawakians who prayed for him,” a Facebook post said today.
The update drew warm wishes from social media users, with many offering prayers for Abang Johari’s continued good health and safe return.
