KUCHING: Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg visited Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii’s residence on the second day of his Chinese New Year rounds.
The Premier arrived at Huang’s house at around 12pm today (Jan 30).
Huang, who is also the Sarikei MP, along with his wife Datin Seri Law Yu Hui warmly greeted Abang Johari and his wife, Puan Sri Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang.
Abang Johari and his wife were welcomed with a lion dance performance.
Several notable guests were present, including Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian, Minister of Utilities and Telecommunication Datuk Seri Julaihi Narawi and Deputy Minister of Utilities and Telecommunications Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Junaidi.
Also in attendance were Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap and Padawan Municipal Council chairman Tan Kai.
