MIRI: Pullman Miri Waterfront and Adabi Consumer Industries have joined hands in a heartwarming initiative to spread joy and nourishment to the community during the festive Ramadan season.
In a special Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tradition, the partners collaborated to embrace the essence of Ramadan by providing ‘bubur lambuk’ to the local community at Masjid At-Taqwa Miri, Pusat Jagaan Anak Kesayangan Miri, and Kompleks Kebajikan Hamidah Yakup Miri.
Pullman Miri Waterfront general manager Alan Tham expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the collaboration in upholding Pullman’s beloved hotel tradition.
“Every year, our hotel team gathers together to celebrate the joy of the holy month by preparing homemade bubur lambuk for our local community.
“With the assistance of Adabi’s team in curating this year’s recipe, we hope that the community has enjoyed the delicious bubur lambuk and finds this festive season even more special,” he said in a statement.
Towards this end, the community was pleasantly surprised by the event organised by the hotel and Adabi’s team.
“Thanks to outstanding teamwork and support between both parties, the entire process of cooking, packing, and distribution of the bubur lambuk was a remarkable success,” he added.
