ISKANDAR PUTERI: PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli denied PAS president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang’s claim that PKR had offered the party to join the unity government.

The Pandan MP said he was unaware of how such allegations arose, as he was directly involved in the formation of the government after GE-15.

“This seems to be a tale from a different era… I am completely unaware of this matter, unless someone else made such an offer,” Rafizi said as quoted by Bernama. PAS president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awanghad previously claimed that he was contacted several times by “certain individuals” offering PAS to join the Unity Government.
