KUCHING: 60 orphans and needy children from the Samariang State Constituency were taken to shop for new clothes and shoes for the coming Hari Raya.
The event called “Program Sinaran BersamaA nak-AnakYatim Dan Asnaf”, was organised by Samariang PBB Youth. It was held at Boulevard Shopping Mall, on Sunday evening.
Petra Jaya State Assemblyman, Dato Seri FadillahYusof was present when the Samariang PBB Youth took the children to shop.
“It is hoped that through such programme, we can bring cheer and joy to the children, especially when Hari Raya is near,” said Fadillah.
