Dr Chew said approach to ENT diseases generally involves a combination of patient history, physical examination, diagnostic tests (such as imaging or culture), and targeted treatment based on the underlying cause.

The clinic, he said, may also perform procedures or surgeries to manage certain conditions.

But beyond the medical expertise, what truly sets the clinic apart is the committment to patient-centered care.

“We understand that each individual is unique, with their own set of needs, preferences, and concerns. That’s why we take a personalised approach to treatment, taking the time to listen, understand, and involve our patients in every decision regarding their health.

“As we embark on this journey, we do so with a deep sense of gratitude to all those who have supported us along the way – our dedicated staff, our esteemed colleagues, and, most importantly, our patients.

“Your trust and confidence in us inspire us to strive for excellence every day, and we are committed to exceeding your expectations in every aspect of your care,” Dr Chew added.
