KUCHING: RHB Bank has launched its CASA Gold Campaign to inculcate saving habits among customers and encourage smarter money management with enhanced banking services and support.
RHB Bank regional director Johanna Abdullah said the campaign is designed to reward loyal clients.
“By simply depositing and maintaining a minimum of RM10,000 in an RHB Current or Savings Account, customers stand a chance to win a share of over RM1.4 million in Paper Gold rewards – including a Grand Prize of 200 grams of Paper Gold!
“This initiative is a clear, tangible example of how we combine robust financial services with real, immediate rewards for our customers here in Kuching and across Sarawak.
“This investment is part of our broader strategy to strengthen RHB’s presence in East Malaysia and provide consistent, high-quality service across the region and RHB is focused on supporting Sarawak’s economic growth and contributing positively to the local community here in Kuching,” she said
She said this during the RHB Bank Premier Centre branch opening ceremony at Jalan Kulas, Satok, here today (Nov 12).
Earlier, she noted that the launching ceremony marked an important milestone as it continued to enhance its facilities and services to better serve clients across East Malaysia.
“With our Premier Banking portfolio across Sarawak encompassing more than 5,500 clients, this Kuching facility provides an elevated environment for tailored services, including wealth management, investment advisory, and bespoke financial planning.
“The upgraded centre combines modern facilities, from private consultation rooms to elegant lounge spaces, with a digital-first approach and the guidance of our dedicated Relationship Managers, ensuring a premium, confidential experience,” she added.
She also said that the Jalan Kulas Branch has been refurbished to continue serving the wider community, offering convenient and efficient retail banking services.
“As the second branch in RHB nationwide to be fitted with the Islamic motif, these renovations reflect RHB’s commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all their clients, from everyday banking to sophisticated wealth management,” she said.
