KUCHING: The State Disaster Fund received a contribution of RM71,400 from University Kebangsaan Malaysia Sarawak alumni association.
The contribution was handed over to Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg by the association’s President Datuk Julaihi Narawi during a brief ceremony at the chief minister’s office at Wisma Bapa Malaysia here on Monday (Sept 20).
The purpose of the contribution is to assist the Sarawak government during the Covid 19 pandemic.
