KUCHING: There will be a temporary road diversion at Jalan Temenggong Tan Meng Chong – Kampung Sungai Maong here.
The Public Works Department (JKR) in a statement yesterday said the road diversion is for the construction of four lanes from Emart Matang roundabout to Stapok, Batu Kawah and Jambatan Baru crossing the Sarawak River.
Work on this project is expected to commence from today until 6 December.
As such, members of the public are urged to give their cooperation and to comply with the speed limit set.
