
KUCHING: 85 projects created by Form 1 to Form 4 students were submitted for this year’s “Sainsku Investors Challenge” (SIC) at SM Sains Kuching here.
Organised by both the school and International College of Advanced Technology Sarawak (i-CATS), the challenge attracted 21 projects from Form 1 students, 23 from Form 2 students, 24 from Form 3 students, and 17 from Form 4 students.
The winning projects from each category were “Bio Fertiliser” (Form 4), “Mini Maglev Track Project” (Form 3), “Ball Taking Device” (Form 2) and “Mixture Separator” (Form 1).
The prize-giving ceremony took place at SM Sains Kuching here on Thursday.
The prizes for the top three winners for all categories were presented by i-CATS CEO, Mohamad Isham Fauzi.
Earlier on, the challenge was officiated by Tupong State Assemblyman, Fazzrudin Abdul Rahman.
