SARATOK: A 27-year-old man was arrested after acting aggressively during a police patrol in the district today.
Saratok police chief DSP Mathew Manggie said the suspect was initially stopped for a traffic offence at about noon.
He added that the man later acted aggressively, prompting officers to detain him and bring him to the Narcotics Criminal Investigation Division for further checks.
“A urine screening test found the suspect positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine.”
The case is being investigated under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
