KUCHING: Sarawak Water has announced that its customer service counter at the Sarawak Water Headquarters will be fully relocated to the Sarawak Service Centre Kuching at UTC Building, Jalan Bukit Mata Kuching effective July 1, 2026.
According to a statement today (June 18), the relocation is part of its effort to improve and streamline customer service delivery through a more integrated, accessible and user-friendly service centre.
Due to the relocation, the existing customer service counter at its headquarters will cease operations on the same date.
Following the move, customers can continue to access a range of Sarawak Water services at the Kuching Service Centre, including enquiries, complaints, account checks, bill payments and other water supply-related services.
Operating hours will follow the official schedule of the Sarawak Service Centre Kuching.
“Sarawak Water remains committed to strengthening service quality and ensuring customer transactions are handled more efficiently, systematically and comfortably.
“We also appreciate customers for their cooperation throughout the transition process,” the statement added.
