MUKAH: A primary school teacher at Nanga Sikat near here was found dead at her rented house in Kampung Tutus Hilir yesterday.
The deceased was identified as Maizaidatulnadiah Mohd Yusof, 30, from Johor. She was found unresponsive by her mother and sister at around 5.00am.
A police team was dispatched to the scene after receiving an emergency call. Mukah District Police chief, DSP Jimmy Panyau who confirmed receiving a report of the incident said the case was classified as sudden death as no foul play was found at the scene.
He said Maizaidatulnadiah’s remains were sent to Mukah Hospital for a post mortem.
