PADAWAN: An elderly woman has been reported missing around Jalan Batu Kitang area early yesterday morning (Aug 31).
Padawan police chief Supt Mohd Irwan Hafiz Md Radzi said the missing woman, identified as 75-year-old Chai Nyat Moi, had gone missing at around 4 am.
“She was last seen wearing a red T-shirt, long pants and slippers.
“Her disappearance was realised by her family members, who later filed a missing person’s report at Kota Sentosa Police Station at 11.35 am,” he said.
Search efforts are underway to locate the missing victim and members of the public with any information, are urged to come forward.
