KUCHING: Sarawak Energy Berhad (SEB) has assured that there will be no disruptions to the electricity supply during the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations.
SEB group chief executive officer Datuk Sharbini Suhaili said the utility company is committed to ensuring that the operational system functions efficiently and has contingency measures in place for swift power restoration in the event of any disruptions.

He said SEB and its contractors will work closely to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply statewide.
“We also urge the public to report outages or any suspicious activities near electrical assets.
“This can be done through the Customer Service Centre, the ‘SEB Cares’ mobile app, or the ‘Carina Sarawak Energy’ Facebook page,” said Sharbini during an iftar gathering hosted by SEB at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) on Tuesday evening (Mar 11).
Meanwhile, over 500 stakeholders and community members attended the gathering.
At the same event, Sharbini also handed over contributions to Rumah Seri Kenangan Kuching, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Baiturrahmah Kuching, and other organizations, showcasing SEB’s commitment to social investment and community support across Sarawak.
