KUCHING: Sarawak Energy has launched a new Facebook page, Carina Sarawak Energy, to improve public communication and customer care.
Sarawak Energy’s senior vice president for corporate services Siti Aisah Adenan said the page, launched on Dec 9, provides a convenient platform for customers to submit reports, give feedback, and make inquiries.
“This new platform complements our existing services, such as the SEB Cares mobile app,” she said.
“The Carina Sarawak Energy Facebook page operates Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, and is managed by a dedicated team of customer service personnel to ensure prompt and efficient responses,” Siti said during the Sarawak Energy media appreciation dinner ner, held at Grand Margherita Hotel last night (Dec10).
She also emphasised Sarawak Energy’s commitment to work closely with media practitioners to amplify the company’s initiatives and messages.
Siti highlighted the crucial role media plays in advancing Sarawak Energy’s goals, particularly in promoting transparency and sustainability.
“Media are the key partners in helping us achieve our goals. Through continued collaboration, we can ensure that Sarawak Energy’s messages align with our values and objectives,” she said.
Also present lwere RTM Sarawak deputy director Norjihan Yahya, Sarawak Energy vice president for corporate shared services Peing Tajang, Kuching Division Journalists Association (KDJA) president Ronnie Teo Teck Wei, and Sarawak Ministry of Utility and Telecommunication head of corporate communication Zurina Bujang.
