
KUCHING: Sekolah Seni Malaysia Sarawak came second in the “Folk Lore Ethnic” Competition held from 16 to 25 May 2017 in Piazza Aurora Jesolo, Italy.
Indonesia emerged champion in the competition while Georgia came third.
A total of 40 countries participated in the competition.
Sekolah Seni Malaysia Sarawak was represented by 12 members who were accompnaied by its Principal, Haji Masli Edi with coach, Jay Thilag.
Sekolah Seni Malaysia Sarawak is under the auspices of the wife of former Head of State, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Hajah Norkiah.
