SHAH ALAM: The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, today announced that his son, the Raja Muda of Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah, is getting married.
According to the Selangor Sultan’s private secretary, Datuk Mohamad Munir Bani, in a statement today, Tengku Amir Shah will marry Afzaa Fadini Abdul Aziz.
The marriage solemnisation will be held on Oct 2 at Masjid Istana Diraja Istana Alam Shah, Klang, while the Royal Wedding Ceremony and the Royal Banquet will be held at Balairung Seri and Balai Santapan Diraja Istana Alam Shah on Oct 22.
In view of the auspicious occassion, the Selangor Islamic Religious Department will hold Yasin recitation and doa selamat at all mosques in the state on Sept 25 to seek the blessing of Allah SWT so that the planned marriage solemnisation and wedding ceremony will run smoothly.
