It is open to workshop owners, supervisiors, technicians, and all stakeholders in the motor repair industry, with registration fee of RM100 per participant.
According to SARA’s press release on Thursday, the session is aimed at helping industry players understand the COC issued by Bank Negara and the procedures involved in resolving disputes with insurance companies.
Special guest speakers include Ken Too, Federation of Automobile Workshop Owners’ Association of Malaysia (FAWOAM) Council member and member of the COC Administration Committee (CAC) appointed by Bank Negara, who is also representative for Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM) and Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA).
