KUCHING: Interhill Property, the property development arm of Interhill Group, has announced that Shoppes @ Urban Residences has reached a 70 per cent occupancy rate, marking a significant milestone for the retail component of the upscale mixed-use development.
Shoppes, located within one of Kuching’s premium addresses, offers a selection of bespoke retail lots designed to enhance the lifestyle experience for both Urban Residences homeowners and the wider city community.
