KUCHING: Police have re-arrested an armed robbery suspect who escaped from police custody on Tuesday, in less than 24 hours. State CID chief, Datuk Dev Kumar said Zulkipli, 34, was rearrested following a massive manhunt launched on Tuesday.
He was found in Kampung Kelka, Simunjan at 1pm yesterday.
Dev congratulated the Kuching CID team which has been working hard since Tuesday to trek down the suspect until the team was able to re-arrest the suspect.
