In conjunction with its 40th anniversary, the Japanese brand unveiled new home appliances and entertainment solutions aimed at enhancing everyday living – from immersive TVs to smart kitchen and air-care technologies.
The brand’s strong presence and customer loyalty were recently acknowledged at the 2024 Putra Brand Awards, where SHARP earned two Gold Awards.
“True to our ‘Sincerity and Creativity’ philosophy, SHARP continues to innovate with purpose,” the company said during the showcase.
“By fusing Japanese minimalism and advanced technology, we are committed to providing solutions that elevate the quality of life for Malaysian households,” it said.
Headlining the event was the introduction of the new AQUOS H Series TVs, ranging from 50 to 98 inches – the latter being the largest ever AQUOS model sold in Malaysia.
Featuring Deep Chroma Quantum Dot technology, the lineup delivers vivid colour reproduction for a true cinematic experience.
“The AI-powered Magic Sing feature further elevates the entertainment experience by transforming any living room into a karaoke hub at the touch of a button,” it added.
In the realm of home appliances, SHARP launched the Avance French-Door Refrigerator in Tokyo Black and Fuji White.
Representing a balance of elegance and practicality, the design is fronted by national badminton stars, Pearly Tan and M. Thinaah, under the campaign theme ‘Taiketsu: The Showdown’.
Also unveiled were energy-efficient washing machines, mini washers, and smart air purifiers tailored for Malaysia’s humid climate.
As part of its customer-focused initiatives, SHARP introduced a ‘7-Day Service Completion Guarantee’ for after-sales support and extended warranty coverage for inverter-series products and select TVs.
SHARP also partnered with the latest ‘Mission: Impossible’ film to offer exclusive movie tickets, reinforcing its dedication to an immersive home entertainment experience.
