KUCHING: Education took centre stage in the green economy debate with NAIM Holdings Berhad’s chief operating officer for Education, Datuk Azmi Bujang moderated a dialogue at the Green Mobility Summit 2025.

The summit, organised by Sarawak Skills and held on Sept 8 to 9 at Imperial Hotel Kuching, brought together industry players, policymakers and education leaders from across Malaysia to exchange views on sustainable mobility and skills development.

Drawing on decades of experience in education and leadership, Azmi guided discussions that explored how talent development can prepare Malaysia’s workforce for a transition towards greener industries.

“Education and skills development play a pivotal role in preparing talent for the green economy.

“I am honoured to contribute to this dialogue, and I believe platforms like this help us chart a clearer path towards a more sustainable future,” he said.
