KUCHING: The Ministry of Education (MOE) has announced that the results of the 2025 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination will be released on March 31.
A total of 413,299 candidates sat for the examination at 3,350 centres nationwide, according to a statement from MOE.
School candidates may collect their results from their respective schools starting at 10 a.m. on the day of release. Private candidates, meanwhile, can obtain their results by contacting the State Education Department where they registered for the examination.
MOE emphasised that schools must ensure the distribution of examination results is conducted efficiently and in an orderly manner.
Candidates can also check their results online or via SMS.
For online access, SPM result slips will be available at myresultspm.moe.gov.my from 10 a.m. on March 31 until 6 p.m. on April 6.
Alternatively, candidates may receive a summary of their results through the SMS service by typing:
“SPM Identity Card Number Examination Number” and sending it to 15888. The SMS service will operate during the same period, from 10 a.m. on March 31 to 6 p.m. on April 6.
The ministry congratulated all candidates who sat for the 2025 SPM examination and expressed hope that their achievements would inspire them to continue striving for excellence.
