MIRI: The people of Long Pilah were told to support the ruling state government led by the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) in this coming state election.

“GPS needs to win to ensure that the planned development projects continue,” said Telang Usan assemblyman Dennis Ngau.

Speaking to the people of Long Pilah at the handing over of a Sares project today (Saturday), Dennis added, under GPS, various development projects had been implemented for their benefit.

“GPS is the right platform for us to further develop rural areas,” he added.

Dennis emphasised that political stability was vital for the state’s development.

“We need Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg to continue leading Sarawak,” he said.
