KUCHING: Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus will host its Open Day on April 11.

The event, scheduled from 10am to 4pm at its Jalan Simpang Tiga campus here, targets school leavers seeking affordable, internationally recognised tertiary education options closer to home.

At Swinburne Sarawak, 22 undergraduate programmes qualify for FTES, including engineering, computer science, biotechnology, design, and business courses such as accounting and finance specialisations.

Another highlight will be a FTES briefing at 10.30am, designed to answer frequently asked questions and provide clarity for prospective students and their families.

Visitors can also consult academic staff and counsellors on study pathways, scholarships, and career options.

Meanwhile, officials from Universiti Malaya will offer consultations on its law programme delivered in collaboration with Swinburne Sarawak.
