KUALA LUMPUR: A woman from Taiping, Perak, has won the RM200,000 Dream Box grand prize under the ‘Bulan Bintang ‘Terrrrpaling Raya’ Powered by AFFIN’ campaign.

Nurul Aqilah Radzuan received the prize during a presentation ceremony held at Menara AFFIN @ TRX.

The RM200,000 Dream Box is the largest prize offered under ‘Bulan Bintang’s Raya’ campaign in recent years.

The prize presentation was attended by AFFIN Islamic Bank Bhd’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Datuk Paduka Syed Mashafuddin Syed Badarudin, and Bulan Bintang’s CEO, Azzim Zahid, alongside members of the media and invited guests.

The campaign also coincides with Bulan Bintang marking its 11th year in the Malaysian fashion market.

Over the past decade, the brand has grown from a developing fashion label into one of Malaysia’s recognisable Raya wear brands, known for its modern interpretation of traditional attire.

The ‘Terrrrpaling Raya’ campaign was held in collaboration with AFFIN, combining retail promotions and financial incentives for customers.

Syed said the collaboration reflects how meaningful partnerships can create experiences beyond commerce while supporting Malaysian brands entering a new phase of growth.

“‘Terrrrpaling Raya’ represents how meaningful partnerships can create experiences that go beyond commerce. As Bulan Bintang enters its second decade, our collaboration reflects AFFIN’s role in supporting Malaysian brands that are ready to scale with greater structure, ambition, and long-term vision,” he said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Azzim said the partnership with AFFIN supports Bulan Bintang as the brand continues to expand its presence in the market.

“Reaching our 11th year is an important milestone for Bulan Bintang. Collaborating with AFFIN allows us to continue growing with the support of a financial partner that understands the needs of businesses entering their next stage of maturity,” he said.

AFFIN said collaborations with local brands form part of its broader efforts to strengthen Malaysian enterprises through financial support and strategic partnerships.
