SEMATAN: The Mas Gading 2025 Team Building programme here on Saturday served as an important platform to strengthen camaraderie, teamwork and integrity among staff of the Mas Gading district Community Development Department (KEMAS).
Opar state assemblyman, Billy Sujang, said the Team Building programme, held under the theme ‘Together We Excel, United We Bring Blessings’, offered participants the opportunity to discover their own potential and that of their colleagues while enhancing communication skills.
“The success of an organisation does not depend solely on individual competence but also on the strength of the team.
“Programmes like this allow us to understand our own potential and that of our colleagues, improve communication skills, and create a more harmonious and productive workplace,” he said during the official launch held at Putra Sentosa Camp on Saturday.
Billy also emphasised that KEMAS staff, whether kindergarten teachers, teaching assistants, or office personnel, played a crucial role in shaping the nation’s early generation and delivering accurate information to rural communities.
He said strong bonds among KEMAS staff would have a positive impact on service quality and the implementation of early childhood education programmes in rural areas.
“I hope that through these activities, we can reinforce the values of cooperation, trustworthiness and integrity. Let this programme be more than just a leisure activity; make it a platform to build camaraderie and unite the hearts of all KEMAS Mas Gading staff,” he added.
The programme also featured interactive activities designed to build trust, strengthen teamwork and promote a more harmonious and productive work environment.
