KUCHING: Certain stretches along Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Foochow 1 will be temporarily closed in stages from today (Mar 25) until April 22 to facilitate utility relocation works.
Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd, in a statement, said the closures will take place daily at three intervals: from 9 am to 12 pm, 2 pm to 4 pm, and 9 pm to 5 am.
“Traffic management measures, including signage, will be in place to assist road users.
“Motorists are urged to drive cautiously, follow road signs, and adhere to speed limits to ensure safety,” the statement added.
The company will update the public should there be any changes to the schedule and advises road users to plan their journeys accordingly.
