MIRI: Deputy Chief Minister, Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan recently graced the “Ramah Tamah Aidilfitri 2017” (Hari Raya gathering) organised by the Miri Malay Association (PMM) here.
At the event, he also announced an allocation of RM50,000 for PMM to carry out its activities.
Tengah also presented incentives to children of the PMM members who excelled in last year’s examinations.
Earlier on, PMM’s President, Haji Radzali Haji Alison, in his speech, said PMM had made various plans in the long run to further enhance the role of the association including the setting up a tuition centre and building an incubator centre.
