SIBU: The next-of-kin or family members of 54-year-old Tiong Leh Ting, who was admitted to the hospital on November 9, are requested by Hospital Sibu to come forward urgently.
According to hospital authorities, Tiong Leh Ting’s last known address was No. 9B, Jalan Mahsuri 1, Sibu.
Since her admission, no family members have visited her and she is reported to have only one child, believed to be residing in the Sibu district.
Hospital officials have urged her family to visit the Hybrid ICU ward at Hospital Sibu immediately or contact the hospital at 084-238888, extensions 6721 or 6722, to discuss her treatment plan.
“The prompt involvement of the patient’s family is crucial for her ongoing care and medical planning,” the hospital said in a statement.
Hospital Sibu reminded the public that timely family engagement is vital for patients’ welfare and urgent decision for necessary treatment.
