DELFRON DONALD, 24
Certificate in Green Hydrogen Programme;
I am honoured to receive this award. The past two months have been a transformative journey, deepening my knowledge of green hydrogen.
Sarawak is pioneering this field, and I aspire to contribute to its sustainable future. My mother introduced me to Centexs, and seeing its relevance to my mechanical engineering background, I seized the opportunity.
To fellow graduates, I strongly advocate exploring its programmes,as they offer invaluable technical expertise. This experience has strengthened my foundation, and I look forward to contributing to Sarawak’s green hydrogen industry.

AINA YUSREEN SAM SURI, 24
Certificate in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) For Enterprise Programme;
This four-month course was a new yet enriching experience that enhanced my skills and employability.
This certificate has helped me upskill and enhance my resume. During interviews, employers were curious about ESG, as it is a growing field, especially with Sarawak advancing environmental sustainability under PCDS 2030.
Enrolling in this course deepened my understanding of sustainability and its implementation in Sarawak’s future.
Now, I am gaining valuable experience in my first full-time job as a junior project admin at a local construction company, which is beginning to adopt ESG reporting.

ZAMIDA KHADIJAH ABDUL WAHED, 52
Certificate in Shoemaking Artisanry Programme;
I am immensely proud to represent my fellow students on this journey. This award, along with my experiences over the past year, fuels my passion to inspire future shoemakers and become a globally recognised artisan.
We aim to ensure our fashion pieces reach both national and global markets. As the industry evolves, we must adapt while preserving heritage.
Centexs graduates are committed to elevating Songket and Keringkam in fashion. Now, we hope to establish Sarawak’s footwear industry and see it flourish globally. With Datuk Jimmy Choo as our mentor, who knows? We might be next.
