SERIAN: A Toyota Estima was 50 per cent damaged in a fire along Jalan Bukit Ensuna here today (Feb 12).
A Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) spokesperson said they received an emergency call at 1.35 pm, and a team from the Serian station arrived at the scene six minutes later.
“Upon arrival, the operations commander carried out a size-up and initiated firefighting operations using one hose line from the fire engine pump.
“The fire was successfully extinguished and the situation was declared safe,” the spokesperson said.
The operations ended at 1.55 pm.
No injuries were reported.
