MIRI: Three individuals were caught stealing ice-cream from a freezer of a convenience store in the city centre in the wee hours of Wednesday.
The stolen items were believed to be worth RM32.20. Their act was caught by the premises’ closed-circuit television (CCTV). The incident happened at 4.38am.
The trio, including a woman, walked into the premises that morning. Two of them pretended asking for some items, while the third suspect slowly slid open the freezer door and shoved the icecream into his sling bag.
The suspects were unaware that their act was caught on CCTV.
