KUCHING: State owned mainstream media, TV Sarawak (TVS) and The New Sarawak Tribune online team are exploring opportunities for collaborations on future content sharing and intensifying cross promotion that will benefit both entities.
This was discussed during a courtesy visit by New Sarawak Tribune Online Team to TVS headquarters located at City One Megamall today (June 14).
TVS chief media officer, Mohamad Sardon Zainal said their discussion focused on curating a better and more creative content for its viewers covering human interest aspects and current issues within Sarawak.
“We look forward to create a diverse, captivating line-up of programmes showcasing the unique stories from Sarawak. Besides that, we will also broadcast special programmes tailored in line with the current festivities happening in the state,” he added.
After the meeting, Sardon gave the New Sarawak Tribune online team a tour of TVS ultra-modern office space and studios.
The online team was led by editor in chief Aden Nagrace. He was accompanied by corporate business development manager Dorge Rajah, special editor Nazmi Suhaimi, assistant online editor Clement Erik Wong, deputy digital chief reporter Sarah Hafizah Chandra and digital reporters, Alverdtekoster Anyap and Moeka Ashley Shimizu.
Also present were editors from other media comprising Dayang Nur Zhahrulniza, Farah Diyana, Kuan Thai Far, Bigol Sulang, Saibi Gi and Muhammad Najib and TVS special officer Ahmad Afizal Zainoren.
