PADAWAN: Two local men aged 24 and 30 were arrested in a drug raid at Kampung Siga, Siburan, early this morning (Feb 20).
Padawan police chief, Supt Mohd Irwan Hafiz Md Radzi, said the arrests were made by a team from the Narcotics Criminal Investigation Division (NCID) of Padawan police office (IPD) at about 1.30 am.
Police also seized 5.61 grammes of a substance believed to be syabu during the operations.
The case is being investigated under Sections 39A(1), 12(2) and 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
