BAU: Two men were detained after allegedly trespassing into a house compound in Kampung Krian Tasik Biru early Wednesday morning (Feb 11).
Bau police chief Supt Mohd Haide A. Rahman said the incident occurred at about 6.10am when the homeowner heard a motorcycle outside her house.
“The complainant alerted her husband, who went out and saw two unknown men standing in front of the house door in a suspicious manner.
“He immediately closed the door and contacted the police,” he said.
Initial investigations found the suspects had entered the compound after opening the front gate. However, no property was reported missing and no losses were recorded.
Police have classified the case under Section 447 of the Penal Code for criminal trespass.
