Two Pickleball Clubs hold friendship match

SIBU: In an effort to strengthen community ties and promote the sport of pickleball, Lanang Pickleball Club (LPC) and Repok Pickleball Club (RPC) held an exclusive friendship match between their members.
The match took place at Dewan DSH, SMK St. Anthony School, Sarikei yesterday (Mar 16).

The LPC president, Daniel ling Shii Ngie, and RPC president, Teng Ung Woo also attended the event to encourage sportsmanship and highlight the importance of teamwork and community spirit.

“We are excited to have this opportunity for our members to connect with fellow players from RPC. This match is a chance to build stronger relationships within the pickleball community and to have fun while honing our skills,” said Iing.

Teng added, “This friendship match is a fantastic way for both clubs to come together and engage in healthy competition. It’s all about fostering a sense of unity and supporting each other’s growth in the sport of pickleball.”
