MIRI: Two men escaped with minor injuries after the car they were travelling in hit an iron rail guard at Jalan Miri-Pujut here yesterday.
The victims, in their 30s, were said to be heading towards Pujut from Morsjaya at around 1.00pm when their Toyota Camry suddenly went out of control and skidded before hitting the rail guard.
As a result of the crash, the front section of the car was badly damaged.
It was believed that slippery road surface due to rain was the cause of the accident.
