KUCHING: Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi receives Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari for a pre-council meeting at the Astana Negeri Sarawak, Petra Jaya, here today (Nov 18).
The nearly one-hour meeting served as a preparatory session ahead of the State Cabinet Meeting.
In accordance with the Sarawak Constitution, the Premier presented several key matters for the Governor’s information and consideration.
The Governor also shared his views and offered guidance on several policy-related issues in a constructive and professional discussion.
He expressed confidence that under the Premier’s leadership, Sarawak will continue to progress through strategic initiatives that prioritise the well-being of the people, sustainable development, and broad-based prosperity
