KUCHING: Interhill Property’s Urban Residences Kuching has received its strata titles, less than four years after the project’s completion in late 2022.
The developer said the strata titles, issued in early April 2026, include accessory parcels covering car park bays for both residential and commercial units.
Interhill Property’s General Manager, Chin Kok Onn, described the milestone as significant for both purchasers and the company.
“The issuance of strata titles provides assurance to our property purchasers and reinforces confidence that the property development sector is well-regulated,” he said in a statement today (Apr 17).
He also expressed appreciation to public authorities, consultants and all relevant parties for facilitating the process.
Urban Residences, a mixed development touted as among the most luxurious in Sarawak, comprises 136 residential suites and 14 lifestyle retail units.
The issuance follows closely after another Interhill Property project, The Wharf Condominium in Miri, which also recently obtained its strata titles.
