CARACAS: Venezuela’s acting president Delcy Rodriguez on Monday announced her first Cabinet changes, appointing Juan Escalona as the new minister of the Office of the Presidency, Xinhua reported.
Escalona replaces Anibal Coronado, who will serve as minister of Ecosocialism, Rodriguez said on Telegram.
“I know that his loyalty, ability and commitment will ensure the continued development of our Bolivarian Government’s plans together with the people,” Rodriguez said of Escalona. – BERNAMA-XINHUA
