KUCHING: Transport Deputy Minister Datuk Henry Harry Jinep praised Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg’s visionary leadership for instilling confidence in the people of Sarawak.
Henry, the Tasik Biru assemblyman, said the Premier’s ability to foresee and plan for Sarawak’s future has been instrumental in driving the state’s development.
“To me personally, our Premier has a visionary mind, where he can truly envision the future of Sarawak,” he said.
Having served under different state leaderships and spent years in politics, he said Abang Johari’s extensive experience and deep understanding of Sarawak’s challenges and needs have positioned him as a transformative leader.
“Eight years as Premier proved that his knowledge and experience have delivered what the people of Sarawak have been looking forward to,” he remarked.
As such, he urged Sarawakians to continue supporting the Premier’s leadership to achieve the state’s vision of becoming a developed region by 2030.
“We Sarawakians must rally behind his leadership to transform not only the landmarks but also the socio-economic climate towards a developed region by 2030,” he stressed.
