AFTER weeks of speculation, vivo has officially confirmed the launch date for its latest mid-range smartphone, the vivo V50. The device is set to make its debut in India on February 17 at 12 pm local time, bringing exciting features to the mid-range market.

A dedicated microsite for the launch is now live, showcasing the V50’s design and key specifications. The smartphone features a sleek curved display and an eye-catching camera module that houses dual rear cameras, alongside a punch-hole selfie shooter embedded in the screen.

Cutting-Edge Camera and Performance

The vivo V50’s cameras are one of its standout features. All three lenses—two on the rear and one on the front—boast 50MP ZEISS optics. The primary rear camera is accompanied by an ultra-wide lens, promising high-quality images with enhanced clarity and detail.

Powering the device is a robust 6000mAh battery, ensuring long-lasting performance. It also supports 90W fast charging via USB-C, allowing users to quickly top up their battery when needed.

Durability and Colour Options

The V50 is designed to withstand tough conditions with its IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering strong resistance against dust and water. Additionally, it will be available in three striking colour options: Rose Red, Starry Night, and Titanium Grey.

While full specifications and pricing details remain under wraps, all will be revealed on February 17.
