LANGKAWI: Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, accompanied by his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah Mohd Sanusi, made an official visit to the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2025 (LIMA’25) today.

The visit, held at the invitation of the Ministry of Defence Malaysia, saw Wan Junaidi and delegation — including Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Datuk Seri Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah — touring various exhibition booths at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre (MIEC) which featured advanced aerospace and maritime technology from countries such as China, the UK, Japan, and the UAE.

Among the booths visited were SAPURA, ASELSAN (Türkiye), STM (Türkiye) and NADI (Malaysia).

The delegation also witnessed an aerial acrobatics display before departing for Kuala Lumpur.
Wan Junaidi hoped that the exhibition would open new opportunities for local entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), while also commending the Ministry of Defence for its successful organisation.
