KUCHING: About a thousand of people flooded the Ground Floor of the Hikmah Exchange Event Centre to celebrate the lively and colourful Sarawak Information Systems (SAINS) Majlis Ramah Tamah 2025, held on Friday.
Running from 11.30 am to 3 pm, the event brought together SAINS staff, government agencies, family members, and guests in a warm and cheerful atmosphere.
Adding to the festivities were SAINS chairman Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam; SAINS chief executive officer Busiai Seman; and SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd (SNT) general manager Hii Saan Chieng.
“The objective of today’s event is to entertain and show appreciation to our stakeholders.
“At the same time, we want to engage with all our users to get feedback and input on how we can improve our services and solutions,” said Busiai.
The atmosphere was filled with laughter, friendly conversations, and delicious Raya food, enhancing the festive spirit.
Among the popular attractions were the Raya-themed photobooth and the AI-powered photobooth, as attendees eagerly captured memorable moments.
The sound of traditional Hari Raya songs further enlivened the scene, fostering a sense of goodwill and unity among guests.
For many in attendance, it was more than just a gathering — it was a symbol of togetherness in an increasingly digital world.
The event not only reflected the festive spirit of SAINS’ celebration but also highlighted its commitment to innovation and community engagement.
