KUCHING: A 36-year-old woman was found injured at the back of a hotel near the Kuching Waterfront here early yesterday.
A security guard was conducting a patrol in the vicinity of the hotel at around 12.05am when he heard a woman crying and groaning in pain near the staircase of the back of the hotel.
He then alerted the management of the hotel who then called for an ambulance and the police.
The victim, from Jalan Ellis, was sent to the Sarawak General Hospital for treatment.
