SIBU: Two women sustained injuries when their vehicle skidded into a ditch near Salim Stabau Bridge on November 7.
The Sibu Fire and Rescue Department was alerted to the incident at 12:13 pm and promptly dispatched a team to the location.
Upon reaching the site, they discovered that a Toyota Innova vehicle had landed on its side in a roadside ditch. The crash left two adult female occupants injured, and they were assisted out of the vehicle by passersby before the firemen’s arrival.
The injured individuals were brought to a medical facility for treatment. It is not immediately known what caused the accident.
